If hiking is what you desire, feel free to set off on foot through the beautiful rolling hills surrounding the ranch. There are many hiking trails within a short distance of Buck Valley Ranch, feel free to borrow a trail map from our library or use the complimentary WiFi to set your course.
Pennsylvania is home to some of the most scenic bike riding their is. With easy access to the C&O Canal trail, we’ll be happy to pick you up on the trail, bring you home for a good meal…a soak in the hot tub..swim in the pool or whatever you need to be fresh and ready to ride the next day.
The Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) trail runs 150 miles through the heart of Pennsylvania, from the Point Park in downtown Pittsburgh to Cumberland Maryland. There it connects to the 185 mile long C&O Canal Trail. Together, the GAP and C&O add up to over 300 miles of blissful trail!
